A pioneer of the bulk-mailing industry in the mid-1980s, Inter–City MPC (M) Sdn Bhd’s initial operations were the sorting of mails manually to allow our clients to focus on their core businesses.

In 1997, we evolved into an integrated, fully automated production mail house via investments in state–of–the–art print and envelope equipment.

Getting Better With Age

In 2004, iNTERCiTY became a subsidiary of HeiTech Padu Berhad – a home-grown public listed ICT company – reinforcing iNTERCiTY’s IT capabilities and providing new opportunities for more innovative products and services.

iNTERCiTY has been accorded with the quality management system certification under ISO 9001: 2008 since 2003.

In addition to the ISO 9001 QMS compliance which covers both data document processing and record management services, our record management storage services facilities is also recognised by National Archives of Malaysia.

History

iNTERCiTY MPC was established on 31st October 1988. We offers total Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to multi-segment markets; Financial Services Institutions (FSI), telecommunications company (telco), government agencies and business organization.

Started in the mid-80s, as the pioneer in the bulk mailing industry, as your BPO partner, allowing clients to focus on their respective core businesses. This pioneering service transformed us into a market leader for over two decades in term of services and competitive pricing.

Leveraging on the success of the bulk mailing business, and with intimate knowleddge of our clients’ needs, iNTERCiTY evolved into a full-fledged integrated and automated production mail house in the late 90s. Close relationship with our clients gave us strength and further expanded our activity to print and enveloping business, strengthening the partnership nurtured through our time-honour and stable bulk-mailing services.

Ensuring relevancy and client- centricity, iNTERCiTY took several leaps forward by expanding our print- to- mail services to incorporate e solutions, digital print media, records management and secure document destruction. With this expansion, our clients are provided with a complete ecosystem to ensure that their back-end operations are ecurely served and maintained, throughout their long-term partnership with iNTERCiTY. In the end, the ultimate goal of freeing up our clients to focus on their core competencies and business is achieved.

To date, iNTERCity can proudly claim to be the only organization in its business segment that can provide a total solution provision to any clients.
