General Job Description:

Responsible for devising and supervising software system validation and testing approaches,work closely with clients and various departments to relay project progress and proposals.

Job Scope Including:

  1. Software Development: Transform concept into reality by crafting software solutions. Create and optimize code for both digital and printable output.
  2. System Enhancement: Continuously improve the software systems to keep them on the cutting edge based on clientele needs.
  3. Testing and validation: Rigorously test and validate software to ensure top-tier quality and performance.
  4. Collaboration: Work Closely with clients and cross-functional teams on progress, propose ideas and ensure project success.
  5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

General Job Description:

Responsible for developing, testing, and evaluating simple applications in with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), generate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, support Operation team in executing data processing.

Job Scope Including:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely data processing, minimizing errors.
  2. Monitor daily, monthly, and yearly job processes within deadline/stipulated time.
  3. Ensure smooth data processing, including conversion of non-readable/encrypted formats to plain text, data sorting, data splitting based on clients’ needs, processing data into printable formats (.AFP/.PDF) and generating audit trails.
  4. Ability to comprehend and validate customer data in various formats and structures, to ensure adherence to procedures and data integrity.
  5. Record data movements, including timestamp information SLA calculations. Ensure the return or purging of data after completion of production printing.
  6. Manage data storage devices, retaining or removing data.
  7. Verify Log Tag Traveler (LTT) for daily, monthly, and yearly jobs to ensure accuracy of audit trails for production and billing purposes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Computer System/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • More than 4-5 year working experience in data processing.
  • Technical experience with systems networking, application development and user support.
  • Have basic knowledge of programming skills.
  • Diploma/ Certificates in Computer System/IT or equivalent.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and possess own transportation.
  • Must be able to work in team and within timeline.
  • Preferable experience in programming and system design experience.

General Job Description:

This position mainly involves day to day of collection / delivery of logistics in a safely manner within stipulated in accordance with company quality standards & internal or/ and customer specifications.

Job Scope Including:

  1. Responsible for the day-to-day activities relating to the collection & return of various documents / mails.
  2. Ensure all items are correctly picked up, posting & return according to schedule plan on each route given.
  3. To check & ensure all tape case, material, documents are prepared before pick up / return or posting.
  4. Ensure material to be pick up / return stated by the customer.
  5. Ensure & verify all pos1ng manifest & dockets for compliance to posting items & GPO regulations.
  6. Ensure GPO dockets collected completely from GPO on time for billing submission.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess minimum SPM qualification with 2-4 years of experience as a lorry driver.
  • GDL D (< 3 tonne) or GDL E (> 3 tonne)
  • Driver must ensure vehicle is properly parked at the allocated parking zone or designated area.
  • To comply with all traffic & RTD act.
  • Responsible for the vehicle maintenance, cleanliness & petrol usage status.
  • Free from influence of drugs, alcohol throughout the service with the company and no police record.
  • Physically fit to work (loading/unloading).
  • Well versed with Klang Valley routes.
  • Road tax & licence renewal & other related matters.
  • Read, calculate & record.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

General Job Description:

Assist HOD Facility in companywide maintenance of Building Facilities, M&E equipment and manage maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring system, air-conditional systems, lighting, fire-fighting systems, diesel generator set, switch room etc. electrical related services.

Job Scope Including:

  1. Co-perform routine inspections/testing on all M&E equipment (air-conditon/chillers/AHU/Pumps/Alarm etc). Record and report and/or escalate any anomalies accordingly.
  2. Records related inspections & testing results as per procedures.
  3. Co-perform routine inspections on Building and Building Facilities Record and report and/or escalate any anomalies accordingly.
  4. Perform and/or coordinate the periodical preventive maintenance of all M&E equipment, Genset and building facilities.
  5. Troubleshoot any fault/breakdown of equipment and facilities, resolve, and devise respective preventive measures. Ensure of working under supervision of superior.
  6. 24 x 7 standby and respond to any emergency situations. Escalate to superior and react as per emergency SOP and guidelines.
  7. Monitor and assist any related installations, repair and maintenance job which is performed by suppliers/vendors.
  8. Assist any inspections by Local Authorities, utility provider (eg. Bomba, MBSA, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TN, TNB etc) on related matters.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess MINIMUM Chargeman A4-1 certificate or higher by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia (valid certificate).
  • At least 2-5 years working experience in facilities operation & also building maintenance.
  • Must have strong electrical knowledge to do electrical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge in Motor drive, switchboard, transformer, inverter, sensor and PLC.
  • Must be able to read and draw electrical diagram.
  • Able to work during irregular hours (as and when required).
  • Able to work independently and must be a team player.
